How long does a roof replacement take?

Most Panhandle homes take one to two days once materials are on site. The dry-in happens the same day as the tear-off: your house never spends a night open to the sky.

Will you tell me if my roof doesn't need work?

Yes, and it happens often. If the honest answer is "monitor it and check again next season," that's what the report will say, with the photographs to back it up.

What happens to my yard during the work?

Landscaping gets protected before the first shingle comes off, and the crew sweeps for nails before they leave. The yard gets handed back the way it was found.

Do you help with insurance claims?

We provide photographs, documentation and plain-language guidance so your conversation with your adjuster is easier. We can't decide the claim (nobody outside your insurer can), but we can make sure nothing goes undocumented.
