The Schank family has been roofing western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming for more than forty years. In 2004 that experience became Schank Roofing, a company built on a simple rule: every part of the operation, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough, is overseen by a family member.
Somewhere along the way we added a second rule: write everything down. Photograph the whole roof, grade every finding, and put the evidence in the customer's hands, so the recommendation stops being something you take on faith. Twenty years later that's still the whole business model: residential, commercial and storm restoration across twelve Panhandle communities, every job starting from documentation.
We're not the oldest roofing name in the valley and we're not trying to be. We live here, the trucks park at 1113 E Overland every night, and when you call the office a Schank answers. That matters more than it sounds like it should: when your roofer is local, the warranty has an address.
